Inflammation and Pain Reducing Tea
1 cup of alfalfa leaves
1 cup of chamomile leaves
1/4 cup of dried ginger root
3 tbsp crushed willow bark
Blend all of the above herbal ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar (glass not plastic) and store in a cool dark place.

A Mirror Affirmation Meditation Exercise
1. Schedule: You are going to need to schedule five minutes each day in the morning to affirm to yourself.
2. Perform your morning routine. (shower, brush teeth, etc.)
3. Breathing in through your nose draw in positive energy and out through your mouth dismissing negative energy. Imagine yourself whole, grounded, focused, clear minded, protected, and ready for the day.
Once you feel you have achieved a sense of peace start your affirmations by looking in the mirror and making a statement like “I can achieve everything I desire.” or “my goals are within my reach.” or “I am a being of light and positivity.” whatever you would like… continue the statement as a mantra for 5 minutes.
