Use 1 tsp of the herb mixture per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10
min., strain, sweeten if necessary. Drink a cup before going to bed
each night for several weeks to calm nerves, lift depression, and help
you fall asleep more easily.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing method for stress reduction and relaxation through energy movement. It is administered by using the chi (energy) that flows through us and is what causes us to be alive by cleaning, clearing, and focusing that energy (allowing it to focus itself, with guidance). If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki has many healing properties and will focus itself where the receiver needs it most. A treatment feels different to each receiver but it is basically described as a warm bath of healing energy. Receivers should feel renewed, refreshed, and more focused once a treatment is finished.
Anyone can receive Reiki for any reason. It can help promote healing in conjunction with western medicine or on its own, help emotional healing, and further positive health.

I know and understand it is a busy time and things come up, but PLEASE cancel with 24 hours notice! It really causes loss of money and time for me if you call me with less notice because I can not fill your slot. I will charge a $20 cancellation fee if you don’t give 24 hours notice. I do not want to have to start taking credit cards to hold appt. slots. Weekend appointments fill up fast so make them quick!
Since so many ask me to pass on information on events and such I will be adding events that are not just offered by myself to this newsletter. If you have events you would like me to add please send them to me by the last Friday of the month before. (put in the subject line ADD TO NEWSLETTER!)
