January started off a 7 month workshop called “7 Steps to Your Inner Self” This is a process I have been teaching for several years and have been guided to put it in workshop format. Continuing on with part 6 to a whole, balanced, focused, and healthy you! You will be more likely to attract positive energies and allow yourself the freedoms to be yourself. Walk away from the negative patterns, build a stronger self image, learn that taking care of your self does not necessarily mean selfish! Become the person that you are inside! This 7 month series uses a process of in class exercises, at home work, suggested reading and discussions, life focus pattern suggestions, and spiritual work to allow you to become more connected and in charge of your true self. Back by popular demand, the Summer Solstice Celebration will be held at the spectacular Greensboro Arboretum on Sunday, June 20, 2010.
This is a FREE family friendly annual event that brings thousands of triad citizens together on the longest day of the year. Don your faerie wings and glitter and meander through this mid summer night’s dream.
Face painting, hooping, drums and belly dancing will be showcased throughout the evening beginning at 3pm. You won’t want to miss the butterfly release at 6pm and the fire finale at 9pm in the Butterfly Garden surrounded by wide eyed children clutching their light wands and giving thanks to the abundance and beauty of nature.

Because the journey to love of any kind begins Within Yourself it is important to dictate to yourself and others the standard in which you expect to be treated. This is not just a verbal message, but one that is relayed in your actions and energies.
This means you have to treat yourself as you want others to treat you! Pamper yourself, respect yourself, and hold yourself in high regard.
There are basic mistakes most people make, the most common is treating yourself in a manner less than you would treat the person sitting next to you! Why would you look down on yourself and expect anything different from those around you?
Make boundaries, focus your energies, and set standards for the way you would like to be treated. You deserve respect, so ask for it!
