January starts off a 7 month workshop called “7 Steps to Your Inner Self” This is a process I have been teaching for several years but have been guided to put it in workshop format. I am extremely excited to present this to you, so please look for information below and email me with any questions.

***Tuesday. Jan. 5th ~ 7pm *** Tea with me
Tea with me. My personal blended teas and cookies combined with discussion topics for an intimate conversation setting. This months topics will be “Energy. I’ve got the power!” Ten seats are available at my tea table for discussion, fun, and sharing. We will stay loosely on topic of how to best work with our own energetic forces, how to maneuver/manifest them, and how to live with others energies invading our own… also the difference between manifestation, meditation, and prayer… or is there one? Many of you have asked for an opportunity just like this to pick my brain, so bring your questions and curiosity! (Spirit Guide readings, Ancestor Advice, and dream interpretation and other things of the sort may come up during tea.) $10 per seat. RSVP’s a MUST!!!

Using Tarot as her main divination system she helps those who sit across the table gain insight and achieve greater control over issues involving relationships, opportunities, and life changes. Migraines are a plague that often time affect those on high energy spiritual journeys. This monthly circle will touch many aspects of your personal spiritual journey allowing you to attack your migraines before they attack you. January starts off a 7 month workshop called “7 Steps to Your Inner Self” This is a process I have been teaching for several years and have been guided to put it in workshop format. This is the first step to a whole, balanced, focused, and healthy you! You will be more likely to attract positive energies and allow yourself the freedoms to be yourself. Walk away from the negative patterns, build a stronger self image, learn that taking care of your self does not necessarily mean selfish! Become the person that you are inside! This 7 month series uses a process of in class exercises, at home work, suggested reading and discussions, life focus pattern suggestions, and spiritual work to allow you to become more connected and in charge of your true self. Gaining all this in a workshop setting! Personal attention will be given to each participant and their path. RSVP a must!! Min. of 4 participants to begin class~ $50 a month. Participants need a 3 ring binder, notebook paper, and writing utensils.
Daughters of the Earth Workshops with Arlene Bailey~Traditional Herbalist~Reiki Master Teacher
Daughters of the Earth – Year 2 – This is a 3 year program open to women only and is based in the Wise Woman Tradition. In 2010, we will continue with the journey we began in 2009.
Plants as Medicine – Year 1 - This is a 3 year intensive as well, also based in traditional and indigenous herbalism, but is open to both women and men. In 2010, we will begin our first year of journeying to the plants.
Because the response last year was overwhelming and attendance was large, I have decided to limit class size. In order to have a more intimate experience, I have decided this year to limit each class to a maximum of 13 participants. Classes fill quickly, so if you are interested please let me know as soon as possible.

Releasing Negativity
Negative Energy can be something that tries to consume and overwhelm you. People who are sensitive to others energies can be especially overpowered when it comes to the ‘not so nice’ aspects of the energy fields. One thing to remember is that you are in charge of your own energies, and only what YOU allow in can affect you.
The most common parasite is the negative presence of the person who never has anything nice to say, always has drama, and is trying to pass their sorrows off on you. It is your job to ensure you do not absorb that energy and make it your own. But how?
- If you have just been ‘slimed’ by negativity, then do an energy cleansing meditation and wash it away.
- Take a cleansing bath on a regular basis to keep your energies clear.
- Put up an energetic guard up so you don’t let the negativity in.
- Maneuver negative people into a more positive place or disassociate from them.
These are just a few simple ways to keep yourself in a positive energy light. Remember, you are in charge of YOU. Don’t let someone else’s negativity affect your positive flow.
